What to include to get a fast answer

  • Feedback on an article

    The link to the article and the passage you find wrong or hard to follow.

  • Something wrong in a tool

    The link to the tool page, the numbers you entered, the result you saw and the browser you are using.

  • Become an IB with IBFX

    Who is in your community, and roughly how many people. Read the IB partner page first.

What IBFX does not do

  • No personal investment advice. IBFX does not answer what to buy or sell, where to enter a trade, or how much capital to use.
  • No money taken to manage. IBFX does not manage capital, does not trade on your behalf and does not deposit or withdraw for you; the money you deposit goes straight into your own account at the broker.
  • Never asks for a password or an OTP code. Anyone who asks for the login details of your broker account is not IBFX.
